Rise at Seven, a creative SEO agency from Yorkshire, has added to its London presence by hiring a senior SEO expert from Just Eat.
Gerry White, former technical lead at the food delivery giant JustEat, has been appointed as Rise at Seven’s SEO Director to assist with technical aspects across both offices.
Gerry has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and joins Rise at Seven after four years as Just Eat’s tech lead, having previously held senior SEO and analytics positions at agencies including Propellernet, SiteVisibility and Razorfish, plus stints at Premier Farnell, the BBC and within the UK Government.
In June 2019, ex-Branded3 and Kin+Carta Edit employees Carrie Rose and Stephen Kenwright announced the creation of Rise at Seven.
In just eight months, the agency has increased its headcount from 2 to 20, with 35 client wins across the UK, US and Europe including Missguided, Matalan, My Protein, GAME, Parkdean Resorts and Halfords.
With fast growth, Rise at Seven announced the opening of a London office in January 2020, and appointed former-Branded3 and Kin+Carta Edit PR specialist Will Hobson to grow its southern business.
