The managing director of Fitzrovia-based agency Tangent, Oli Green, has joined the Board of social video group Brave Bison Plc.

Green is now a non-executive director on the Board and will retain all current responsibilities at Tangent. At 27 years old, Green is one of the youngest Directors of a UK-quoted company.

Tangent is an agency that specialises in digital customer experience and its clients include Sky, SAP, PepsiCo, IWG and Volvo.

Green’s appointment to the Board follows Tangent’s recent investment in the London & Singapore based group.

Brave Bison is a social video studio, proudly working with some of the biggest brands and most followed YouTube and Facebook talent in the world. Clients include P&G, Shell, PUMA and Hyundai.

Tangent became Brave Bison’s largest shareholder in June this year after buying a stake in the company from embattled fund manager Woodford Asset Management.

Tangent currently owns just over 22% of the issued share capital.
