The Citation Group, a leading provider of compliance and quality management products and services to small and medium-sized businesses, has acquired Mitigate Cyber.
Mitigate Cyber offer a range of cyber security solutions, from threat mitigation to testing, certification and training, designed to help businesses tackle cyber risks and data breaches.
Formed in 2013, Mitigate Cyber’s main office is based in Lancaster University, which is recognised as a Centre of Excellence in cyber security research, working collaboratively and employing students, lecturers and researchers.
The acquisition is a strategic move from The Citation Group, adding specialist information security consulting and software services to its growing products and services, while also bolstering internal talent in the rapidly growing areas of digital and product management.
