Motley Manchester has been given a makeover, and it’s not just the food that looks different. The whole experience has undergone an explosion in style!

YOTEL Manchester’s chic restaurant has announced a brand new, revamped menu featuring small and large plates plus a special ‘Sunday Service’ with Deansgate’s best roast offering. 

Launching this week, MOTLEY’s new menu includes sharing small plates of British Burrata or Korean Fried Chicken, plus indulgent large plates like Lamb Kofta Kebab or Barbary Duck Breast,  and a range of desserts to leave your mouth watering.

Located on the ground floor of YOTEL Manchester Deansgate, MOTLEY is a melting pot of locals and explorers, with those new to the city receiving a friendly welcome to the restaurant’s character-filled setting. The restaurant’s new menu is powered by low-mileage, local, seasonal food, meaning only the very best ingredients, combining to create exquisite dishes.

For those eager to try something new, sample some of MOTLEY’s small plates; Mezcal Seabass Ceviche, Beef Shin Croquettes or the refreshing Puffed Pearl Barley Salad. MOTLEY’s updated large plate offering includes classics like the MOTLEY Cheeseburger or a succulent Southern Fried Chicken Burger, Pork Ribeye with hasselback potatoes, salsa verde and celeriac purée or tasty Fish Frites. For vegetarians, the new menu offers delicious dishes including a Pulled BBQ Mushroom Burger, Jerk Jackfruit Tacos or the seasonal Spring Garden Pappardelle.

A new addition to the restaurant’s outstanding offering, MOTLEY’s Sunday Service is simply the perfect northern roast. All served with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and proper, homemade gravy, the Sunday Service ranges from classic Sirloin of Beef or Roast Chicken Breast, to MOTLEY’s Garlic & Herb Porchetta – slow roasted pork belly, with crackling and apple sauce. Or, try out the Mushroom Wellington roast, with carrot & swede purée, roasted potatoes and vegan gravy – ensuring nobody misses out.
