PlainSailing.com have announced a major new partnership with cutting edge French sail-tech company Navily ahead of the 2022 sailing season!

UK-based PlainSailing.com have launched a partnership with Navily (Navily.com) – the World’s most innovative cruising guide – to help their clients make the most of their time on holiday by finding the nicest bays to play in, accessing the latest on-the-spot weather, planning a route, and helping them to choose the best and safest anchorages to overnight in.

Navily’s free service offers detailed maps of bays, anchorages, and marinas in the area – which are then coupled with approved reviews, photos and ratings from some of their dedicated 500,000+ sailors, and with data about the type of seabed and other services on offer nearby.

It is their premium service (which PlainSailing.com customers will get for free as part of their booking) where their cutting edge technology gets exciting, and can make a sailing holiday even more plain sailing: including using the latest weather data to say how well protected each anchorage will be for the night; enabling the quick and simple plotting of routes and distances; and it can even be used to book a berth in a marina for the night (at a growing number of marinas).

This can all be done from a Navily Premium account on your smartphone app, tablet, or laptop – at home in preparation for a sailing trip, or even when out on the water.
