UK consumer electronics retailer Dixons Carphone has appointed Proximity London to work on the Customer Relationship Management programmes for Currys PC World and Carphone Warehouse on a project basis.

The appointment will support the two brands’ customer engagement functions in delivering the business vision: ‘We Help Everyone Enjoy Amazing Technology’ and drive repeat purchase.

Proximity London will work on a number of projects including a back to school and university campaign as well as a series of campaigns covering the key trading periods of Black Friday, Christmas and the January sales, the firm said.
